A powerful antioxidant, vital for basic functioning of every cell.
Required for ATP synthesis and effectiveness of the immune

disease, clogged heart arteries and progressive heart failure, and
helps prevent cardiovascular disease. May help improve heart
function after major heart surgery when given to the patients
before and during surgery. Research indicates that it lowers high
blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels. Reduces
adverse effects of cholesterol-lowering statin drugs. Helps fight
obesity by increasing cell’s fuel efficiency, may lower and stabilize
blood sugar. CoQ10 supplements have shown promise in slowing

PINE NUT OIL*
Pinolenic acid contained in pine nut oil can help curb appetite by
stimulating the release of cholecystokinin, a hormone that functions
as an appetite suppressant. Boosts appetite suppressors up to
60% for four hours after ingestion. Reduces serum LDL levels
(“bad cholesterol”). Used to treat peptic ulcers and gastritis. Good
source of linoleic acid, an essential Omega6 fatty acid. Found to
reduce acne. Medium chain triglycerides are rapidly metabolized
